urban country
So if the prospect of an urban perspective and an airy, expansive-feeling space with few wall feels energizing, then the pleasure of urban country living are ideal.

afforable yet cool
saw these at Home Goods the other day, thought of what I can do for you as little and afforable as these furniture and accents. I can make it easier, faster and fun and you can notice right away the transformation.

a chair is not just a chiar

keep the palette limited
keep the lines strong
keep the feeling casual and totally livable
life if fresh, simple and practical
be a chair

C A L L A G E
A collage (From the French: coller, to glue) is a work of formal art, primarily in the visual arts, made from an assemblage of different forms, thus creating a new whole.A collage may include newspaper clippings, ribbons, bits of colored or hand-made papers, portions of other artwork, photographs and other found objects, glued to a piece of paper or canvas. The origins of collage can be traced back hundreds of years, but this technique made a dramatic reappearance in the early 20th century as an art form of novelty.
The term collage derives from the French "coller" meaning "glue".[1] This term was coined by both Georges Braque and Pablo Picasso in the beginning of the 20th century when collage became a distinctive part of modern art.

sketches n rendering - yes its mine and more to come
.jpg)
Rendering is the process of generating an image from a model, by means of computer programs. The model is a description of three-dimensional objects in a strictly defined language or data structure. It would contain geometry, viewpoint, texture, lighting, and shading information. The image is a digital image or raster graphics image. The term may be by analogy with an "artist's rendering" of a scene. 'Rendering' is also used to describe the process of calculating effects in a video editing file to produce final video output.

the tempo of urban life

Single guy just bought his first 1 bedroom condo on the upper west side, won an American Classics accent table a year ago at my showroom, wasn't ready to make any commitment as far as decorating this new place but love to be contacted from time to time. He needed time to focus on getting settle. For almost 3 months and after many emails back and forth, we we finally managed to sit down and discuss on decorating his new space. I'm so glad we met and I'm sure him too...

Buddys Apartment

The 6' X 9' hallway entrance is a plus for this 1 bedroom apartment. I wanted this are to be bright and welcoming, small brown-coffee frame mirror hanging vertically makes this room appears higher than nine feet.

Black leather dining chairs around rectangular glass table really anchor this open space dining area. We picked this area rug to define this room over the warm wall to wall carpet, again here blue is our primary color. Black and white frames give this room the clean and simple look and can be seen in the entire dining too.

This is the small bar area, I didn't really like the idea of having bar in a small space therefore I refocusing to just another small designing area.

first of May
33 New

A couple just moved in a week ago at 33 west end ave, fell in love with ethanallen modern glamour , they are renting but probably would be here for another 5 to 6 years, own all year round home near cape may , New Jersey about 4hrs ride south of NY City, lovely area I've been visited quite a few times, never been there in Christmas time, I heard its beautiful. Its a 2 bedrooms apartment, I'm designing the living and dining areas, its a small size and quite a challange to figure out the best layout of furniture but I'm sure they are going to be happy with my selection of sofa, chairs, ottoman(coffee table), endtables etc. The presentation day is set Thursday May 3 at 6pm.

Presentation Board
Here is the presentation board. I picked the sky blue as the back ground and their favorite color. The dark espresso, burl distress wood finish works harmonizely with the modern crome and nickel hardware.
